| William F. Morrison, Chairman
Mr. Morrison was an educator in urban at-risk school environments for more than 25 years and now is the President and CEO of Access411. Working in conjunction with researchers at the Johns Hopkins University and administrators and teachers at a Baltimore high school, he planned and implemented the first Ninth Grade Success Academy and acted as its principal for two years. He also was director of the Twilight School, an afternoon alternative school for severe at risk and incarcerated students. Prior to joining Access411, Mr. Morrison also worked as a consultant to Johns Hopkins University in a number of large comprehensive high schools and has co-authored five books including Creating a Ninth Grade Academy and The Planning Year.

| Erick S. Johnson, Board Member
Mr. Johnson serves as Executive Vice President for Access411. In this leadership role Mr. Johnson is responsible for all marketing and software development initiatives within the company. He also oversees strategic partnerships with leading companies in the marketplace and is a member of many marketplace committees and organizations. In addition, Mr. Johnson serves as the Project Director for the DC Metro region customers. Mr. Johnson works closely with school district leadership to allow Access411 to best serve their customers. Mr. Johnson has 14+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Johnson has held Director of Information Technology, IT Manager, Engineer, and Administrator positions at several large companies and government institutions. |
| Annette Crist, Board Member
Ms. Crist is a member of the company’s leadership team, serving as the Executive Director of Operations, and is the head of the company ethics board. Ms. Crist oversees and manages all customer support and field services, including its help desk. Ms. Crist also is responsible for installation and training for new and existing customers. In addition, Ms. Crist serves as the Project Director for the New York/New Jersey customer region. Ms. Crist has received formal training on AS400, various Microsoft products, and various IBM solutions, and is certified by the AMA on technology management. Ms. Crist possesses over 20 years of experience in technology and project management.

| John D. Sarver, Board Member
Mr. Sarver provides leadership to the Access411 technical team for new school district installations. As a member of the company leadership team, Mr. Sarver leads many new school district efforts. Mr. Sarver has 15+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Sarver has held IT Administrator, Project Director and Project Manager Positions at several companies overseeing all aspects of the technology projects he’s been involved with; including projects for SC Johnson, Wells Fargo, Adecco, Nortel, AOC, Donegal, McCrory's, Primex, AMP, PA State Education, and Unisys to name a few. Mr. Sarver has personally been responsible for managing and implementing numerous Delivery, Internet and Application projects.
